Payment
Bookings made directly with Hacienda Jacana require payment in full within 24 hours of making a reservation. Once a reservation is made, we will forward information on making the deposit. We cannot guarantee that a booking will be held open for you past 48 hours. Payments must be made by on-line transfer.

Check-in time is between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00am
Earlier check-in or check-out times can be requested at a TT$200 fee each and if we can accommodate you, we will do so.

Guests With Disabilities
Hacienda Jacana is unique in its landscape and may not be suitable for guests with certain disabilities and mobility issues. Please ask before you make your reservation.
Maximum Capacity
There is a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 2 children in each cottage.
